An Escape room is a game of logic where a team is “locked” in a themed room, looking for a way to escape using logic and manual skills along with the objects inside the room. It will be essential to cooperate if you want to solve all the riddles and successfully complete the game within 60 minutes.
IS IT NECESSARY TO BOOK?
Yes, booking is available on our website, by phone and at our place.
CAN CHILDREN PLAY?
The entrance is allowed to any player above 14 years of age, children under 14 years old must be accompanied by a parent, an adult or equipped with the appropriate form (just ask or download the form while booking). Children aged up to 10 can access if accompanied by an adult. Download here the form

Absolutely not. Once you have settled in the room you’ll be able to understand the course of the game. If you need help you can get it from our room masters at your service at any time.
CAN PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES OR MOBILITY DIFFICULTIES PARTICIPATE?
Partially. We reccomend to contact us to establish the accessibility of the rooms.
MAY I ADD PEOPLE BEYOND THE MAXIMUM ALLOWED?
The maximum number of players is designed to ensure on optimal gaming experience without confusion.
However, we reserve the right to evaluate specific situations if there are special needs, as long as they are agreed in advance.
ARE THERE ACTORS?
Yes, on request, only in some rooms.
CAN I USE THE PHONE WHILE PLAYING OR OBJECTS THAT DON’T BELONG TO THE ROOM?
The use of the phone is not allowed inside our rooms. You don’t need to carry anything with you. You will be provided the essentials by our room masters before you enter the room.
IS IT NECESSARY TO PAY IN ADVANCE?
No, it’s not. Payment will be made directly on our place.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO PAY BY CREDIT CARD?
Sure, any payment method is accepted besides cash.

ARE WE REALLY LOCKED IN A ROOM?
The main door of our rooms isn’t really locked. You can quit the game whenever you want. You will not be enclosed for real
CAN PEOPLE WITH CLAUSTROPHOBIA PLAY?
The spaces are very wide and there’s no game who increases the feeling to be enclosed. The office door is always opened and an operator follows the players through a surveillance video system, ready to help them out in case of need
IS IT DANGEROUS?
Absolutely not. It’s a game of logic so it doesn’t need any physical agility and you will not be exposed to any danger.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I’M LATE?
In case of delay, you must inform the reception immediately to keep the reservation. Unfortunately, if the delay is too much the time will be decreased.
HOW MUCH IMPORTANT IS TO BE PUNCTUAL?
Yes, it is requested to arrive 10 minutes before in order to introduce the rules for the players.

Of course, you can play all week booking as described above.

What changes during the Covid-19 emergency? Here some basic rules for a safe entertainment:
- Wear a mask
- Disinfect your hands when you arrive and when you leave.
- Wear shoe-covers available at the entrance.
- Your body temperature will be measured.
We decided to extend the time between each game to properly ventilate the room along with a correct sanitization.
In addition we provide hand sanitizer and shoe-covers. We recommend to be punctual in order to allow us to properly perform the hygiene protocol: until the service ends it will not be possible to enter inside the room.
We remind you to disinfect your hands when you arrive and when you leave, respect the safety distance, always wear a mask, but above all ENJOY YOURSELF!
